How did your interest in music start?
I was once not a music person until my elder brother made me solo a song when i was in the children's church in 2007. Then i realized i had a thing for music,
and ever since its been just me and music
Who inspires you musically?
honestly, I can't say for sure, I have quite a lot of inpirators (lol). For my Nigerian Gospel Music inspiration I look up to Pastor Nathaniel Bassey not that I'm that spirikoko o... I just feel he does it for me, you know, lyrically, vocally and of course spiritually. Internationally, I'll say all of them (lol). They all in their diverse ways bring give Gospel Music a voice in the world of Music (you dig?).
How much songwriting do you do?
i do more of voice recording instead of writing so I don't lose the melody of the song I'm trying to cook up. (lol)
What’s your favorite musical instrument?
Drums ('cos its complicated and very hard for me to learn but I really love the harmony it produces) and Keyboard (c'mon, show me a singer who doesn't love the keyboard)
Do you keep tabs on Nigerian music?
Yeah... especially from Nathaniel Bassey and Tim Godfrey then a little bit of Onos and Mercy Chinwo
If you were to be 18 again, what would you do differently?
...honestly? nothing.
The actual existence of Hell. It terrifies me.
Who would you most like to meet – dead or alive?
...more like what. That would be Old Trafford (Man Utd Stadium) and maybe the current squad of Manchester United.
In your opinion, what’s the best song ever recorded?
In this our generation? That's a very though question to answer... 'cos I'm sure we're yet to hear the BEST SONG EVER RECORDED.
